We are seeking a highly motivated; Project Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati OH we're looking for the best in the industry! 

The goal of the Project Coordinator position is to produce a satisfied customer and serve as an information resource for the customer, project manager, superintendent and foreman.

 

Job functions and duties (other duties may be assigned)

  • Set up jobs
    • Job files, project info sheets, insurance and prime tax certifications, 20-day prelims, etc.
  • Document work by maintaining job files for each job
  • Prepare, track and issue purchase orders to subcontractors and equipment vendors
  • File and organize project documentation
    • Submittals, estimates, quotes, drawings and other correspondence
  • Coordinate rental equipment, equipment lead times and deliveries with vendors
  • Prepare job cost reports
  • Prepare O&M’s (Operation and Maintenance) and close out packages
  • Prepare and submit permit applications
  • Schedule and coordinate permit inspections
  • Track and coordinate RFI’s (Request for Information)

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • 2 to 5 years experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
